Meet Rebecca (CEO and Founder)
Our Director and Founder, Rebecca Bird is a highly experienced Senior Leader with over 25 years of HR experience. She has a proven track record as a Managing Director and Shareholder of a successful recruitment and training company so has a keen understanding of the issues SME owners face. Rebecca excels in leading teams, streamlining processes and managing all people issues.
Rebecca secures and builds long-term relationships with clients to support them to proactively manage all HR related matters.
Her HR expertise spans a wide range of industries including; Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Healthcare and Further Education.
She possesses a decisive, pragmatic mindset and develops relationships with ease. When it comes to HR issues, she has “been there done that and worn the T-shirt” so no issue is too big or challenging for her. Her calm efficient demeanour puts clients at ease quickly reassuring them on the way forward.
Rebecca holds and MSc in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
